Born and raised in Cologne, Germany, Phil Huelz is a young illustrator artist whose work bridges the analog and digital worlds. Influenced by the energy of hip-hop culture, graffiti, and the urban street scene, his art blends playful expression with precise technique, from bold marker drawings and custom stencils to clean digital artworks. While his public journey as an artist only began in early 2025, his work has already begun to resonate on an international scale.
A congenital heart condition has shaped Phil’s perspective from an early age, instilling in his creative practice a sense of emotional depth. For him, art is more than aesthetics, it is a form of connection and storytelling. “My art speaks from the heart.” - Phil Huelz
Driven by a desire to bring color, play, character, and curiosity into everyday spaces, Phil Huelz continues to explore the intersection of personal narrative and visual culture through illustration and bold-lined design.
